ghosting on infoprint 21

i have a customer who has ghosting on their printer. we have already replaced the toner cartridge and the problem went away. this was last thursday. they called back today and say the problem is back.help!!!1

Usually that is cured with a toner cartrigde replacement. I wonder if this printer has had a toner explostion or leak in its past. With that in mind you could clean the hell out of the thing with Compressed air@ a 3-6in distance from any surface should blow residual toner out of the printer.

Ghosting can also occur when there is a prob with the fuser or the laser scanner.
