Run commodore with xp?

Recieved an old commodore mps 1250 dot matrix printer recently and I am trying to make it work with xp. Made by citizen but when I loaded the citizen driver it said I needed rasdd.dll. file. Anyone know how I can find suitable drivers and files for this thing? Any help would be appreciated.
