Accordian Style Paper

After installing maintenance kit the paper jams at the point wher it should be going between the transfer roller and the photo sensitve drum of the toner cartridge and ends up accordian styled right there.
Could some one please elaborate on this issue?

Sounds like something is wrong with the fuser not turning ... what model printer is this? My first instinct is something may be wrong with the fuser you just installed and you might need a warranty replacement.
