we got a new HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M527F at church and i do not know how to go about getting and admin access code or a service access code so we can lock down printer settings. can someone please help me with this.

See page 123 of the manual for security features including setting an administrator password. Make sure you record that password somewhere, it is a big pain if someone forgets the password or if the person who knows the password leaves or quits.
