HP 4200 - printing very weirdly

Hi have a client - lastest drivers pcl6 have been installed on their 2000 server - all workstations are running xp pro. Print jobs are not printing as they should. Ie spread over 2 pages, fonts all buggered up. Not seeing the third tray when trying to print to third tray.

They have been having troubles with similar symptoms using hte older drivers.

any ideas?

Couple things. Try a postscript driver. Try connecting directly to the printer with a parallel cable.
