i HAVE FAIRLY NEW CARTRIDGE IN MY PRINTER. HOWEVER I CANNOT GET IT OUT OF THE PRINTER. IT IS STUCK. I CAN
BRING IT OUT ABOUT AN INCH, MAYBE AN !.5" i CAN SEAT THE CARTRIDGE BACK IN AND RUN THE PRINTER. THERE IS
NOTHING WRONG WITH THE PRINTER. IT FUNCTIONS NORMALLY. THE CARTRIDGE SEEMS TO BE STUCK ON THE RIGHT SIDE
(AS YOU FACE THE PRINTER.) ANY SUGGESTIONS???????
Follow up: Hired a Printer Tech and he got the cartridge out. Tech told me that this was an old style cartridge that should have
never been used with this printer. He was able to get it out by inseting a long narrow probe that triggered part of the
printer mechanism and it released the cartridge. Moral, be sure when you by remanufactured cartridges that you
are buying from a reputable dealer and that cartridge is not a Generic but one that was made for your type of printer.
