Hi everyone. I need helping checking for latest firmware and possibly downloading the correct firmware for my printer from https://support.ricoh.com and thought I might reach out here and see if anyone can help. I could do it myself no problem but Ricoh requires a user/pass to access the firmware downloads and the printer place where it was originally purchased is not around and a new contract has to be purchased.. etc.. etc.. I just want to see if a firmware update will help address some of the networking issues I am experiencing. Appreciate any help. Thanks
