Unknown error code

Hopefully Someone Has This One. I Have An Error Code On A Color Laserjet 3500 41.07. I Can't Seem To Find A Reason. Customer Is Printing Checks And Then A Duplicate. It Prints The First One Fine Then The Error Code Appears. I Hit The Green Button, Then It Will Continue And Print The Duplicate.

Anyone Heard Of This?

41.07 is a feed delay error

41.7 error - occurs when a page is jammed in the paper path

1. check paper specs
2. check sep pads
tray 1 rc1-0939-000cn
tray 2 rc1-0954-000cn
tray 3 rc1-0827-000cn
3. check the pickup rollers. the tray 2/3 pick roller may be broken or out of place. Verify that it properly positioned. pickup rollers wear with age and rough media.
tray 1 rc1-1535-000cn
tray 2/3 rc1-0731-000cn

Thanks. I went to the customer and she rebooted the pc and reopened application and all seems to be fine. It was in the manual feed tray.
