Hello, I'm new at this forum, and my job as a Toner Tech. I rebuild HP toner cartridges for now but will be learning how to repair printers as well. My hope in joining this forum is to teach myself the ropes. My current employer wants me to learn on my own... If there are any suggestions on how to become "self taught" I would GREATLY appreciate it. Thanks baja

Get yourself a laser printer. Sometimes you can get one at a yard sale, you can get an HP 2300 on Ebay for about $70. Download the manual from one of the free sites on the Internet.
Print the manual and read it. Take the printer apart and put it back together a few times. Check out the Internet for tutorials. If you have a question, this is a pretty good place to
get an answer.
