Need to clear a password someone put on this thing. Is there a SERVICE MENU PIN CODE for this model? How about a COLD RESET proceedure?

We found it: HPin718 is the Service Menu Pin, not sure about the Cold Reset yet.

For Cold Reset, turn printer off, then hold down the Right arrow and the Cancel button at the same time while you reboot. Continue holding those buttons until "Permanent Storage init." appears on the display, then release. Restores factory-default settings.
