Optional Tray HP LJ 4M+

The printer is not printing from the paper in the optional tray despite using the printing properties page in windows and selecting 'Lower Tray' as the paper source.

Please advise recommendations to correct this problem.

I think I have run across this once. It was a driver issue and both HP and Microsoft 4 Plus drivers didn't work. The solution was to download a 4Si driver from HP.
