HP Designjet Z3100 Photo

Hi folks, after trying to calibrate the colors on our HP Designjet Z3100 Photo plotter (due to inconsistant color output) the plotter comes up with the message " Calibration cancelled due to scanner problem"

Any help/hints with this would be much appreciated.

Hi Alec:
This is way out of my limited sphere of competency. Other than using HP approved paper, and HP ink that is not out of date, I found this link on the Internet that may be of some help: http://www.dpreview.com/forums/thread/3000185

All we use our big printers for is maps and charts. Please let us know what you find.
