HP Color Laserjet 2320MFP Help

Hi, I am trying to access the secondary service menu on a HP Color Laserjet 2320MFP in order to change the paper pick roller in tray 2.
I have followed the service manual instructions (machine at ready state, hold left arrow key + cancel key at same time) with no success!!

Any help appreciated, thanks..

Trick is, first, press the Setup button.
Then press Left Arrow and Cancel button at the same time, then release.
Now you're back to the Ready screen.
Now press Setup again, you'll find the Secondary service menu should be visible in the menu selection.
Use the arrow buttons to go to 2ndary Service, press OK.
Next scroll to "Pick Roller", Press OK to select it, and Press OK again to rotate the roller. Once it's finished rotating, power down printer, replace roller.
