Hi all..

We just moved, and just since the unpacking of our printer there have been white vertical lines on all the pages we printed?!?! I'm not too printer savvy, and i'm not sure what's causing the problem.. Everthing seems to be in order, the fuser kit, transfer kit and all the consumables are at 50% or higher level.. I'm completely puzzled!!

Please Help!!

Thanks in Advance!!

Have a Wonderful day!!

try printing in each color, and see the line's color that you get on paper, pull the cover of the user on back of the printer and see if it has any defect on it.

Hope I helped a littel

Vertical lines normally tend to mean there is something in the laser path.. or on the laser scanner.

You said you recently moved and that the printer was just unpacked. So this could be it. Maybe something settled during the move.

Have you tried checking to see if all the cartridges are okay.
Look for something on the drums of each one.
Things could have gotten inside from the packing materials.

Hope that will help you

Just to make sure your description is correct....

Doesn't the 4500 output paper in landscape?

If that's the case, are the lines still vertical? or are they really horizontal ?
