HP color laserjet 4600dn help

Hi,

I have a user with an HP 4600dn color printer that constantly displays the message "performing calibration". The message won't go away, and she cannot print.


Any ideas? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I think that the first thing that I would do, would be to replace the cartridges.
Is there another 4600 in the building that you can borrow the cartridges from?
