Hey Guys,
I have this issue mentioned in the title.
I tried a different Tray of an other printer filled with paper and I still get this message.
Do you a solution for this?

Sometimes people put too much paper in the tray and push (slam?) it closed. This can unseat the pickup roller's mechanical connection. The pickup roller is driven by a gray plastic shaft going to the right to get mechanical power from the transmission. The displacement of this shaft, even a little bit, can jam the paper present flag or dislocate it completely. Usually this involves removing the pickup roller, gently wiggling and turning the shaft and pulling it to the left until it is reseated, checking to make sure the flag is in the proper place then re-assembling the pickup roller assembly. In a few cases we have had to pull the cover and reseat the shaft and its gear from that side. I suppose it is possible for the sensor to fail but we have a lot of 2420's, a sister version of your printer, and I have never seen that sensor go bad.
Please share what you find.

This little thing slipped out to the side and caused the Problem.
