hp 4200tn error

working on a hp 4200tn laserjet printer errors 13.2 (mainly), 59.00,13.01, 41.03, 13.98. The error says printer jam under cartridge. there was a major printer jam of labels that I was told jammed right under the cartridge. I am thinking transfer roller. I did not remove the roller, for it seemed to be seated correctly. I can turn the roller very easily. I replaced the toner cartridge for the other was almost empty. can not clear error message or print test page, nor can I run the page cleaning program. Is it the roller that needs replaced or something else.

Take out the toner cartridge and the paper tray. Turn the printer upside down. Check the see if anything (labels) are visable. Pull out the fuser-check the rollers. It not the xfer roller. Does the printer attempt to feed paper or do you get the errors while it sits at idle. The feed rollers may be bad.
Everyone of the error codes that u listed all have one thing in common...the DC Controller.

also you may want to check the sensor on the paper feed assy, and also if the printer shows this error all the time. then there is another sensor in the xfer assy that the spring comes off and will give you this error.
