Sheet Feeder

Our HP Laserjet 3100 sheet feeder is not working properly. It's trying to grab the paper but doesn't quite get it.?! We need to push the paper into the feeder. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you may need a feed roller. I believe this is the part number: RB2-1634-000
