I've got a HP 920C USB printer, and about a couple of weeks ago I refilled my black cartridge.
Everything was working just fine, but suddently my pictures came out red...
The funny thing is that text appears black, only pictures is messed up.
I've tried to print a picture in grayscale, but the problem persists.
I have even tried to use another USB port, but no...
I tried to print the test page from Hp's toolbox, and that picture came out just fine...
I've got the latest driver installed under Win2000.
Can ANYONE suggest something, since I'm like

Thanks

First off, I'm not a fan of refilling carts. It's a good idea environmentally and economically, but the end results are generally pretty poor (leaking, wrong colours, cartridge errors, etc.). Most ink kits use the same formula for all makes and models, but the original ink formulations are different between manufacturers. Also, the nozzles are only designed for so many firings. You stated that you refilled the black, but you are having problems with the colour cart. How old is it? Has it been refilled before? Remove both carts, unplug the power and clean the contacts on the back of the cartridge, the nozzles and the contacts on the carriage where the carts sit. You can use rubbing alcohol or Simple Green and a soft, lint free cloth. If all else fails, replace the carts with original HP carts.
