I've recently been given a Laserjet 4 in wonderful condition. Page count is 20k and i've just replaced the toner cartridge. I'm having a page feed problem once the printer warms up tho, and I was hoping you all could help.

I just tested it with a 67 page pdf print job. The first 40 pages went without a hitch except for the occasional page's bottom being bent up a bit. this problem got worse consistently. Also, the printer is not allowing the paper to exit, its hanging up on the last set of rollers. The set is easily visible from the front of the print right above the output tray. I can watch the paper coming from the bottom of the printer and when it contacts that last set of rollers it stops sometimes. Oddly enough this doesn't occur when the printer is first being used. It only shows up after 40-50 pages.

I'd be happy to pick up a maintenance kit, but it seems like the problems is in that upper roller assembly sticking somehow when it gets hot. Anyone have an answer for this?
