LJ4515 cycles for a long time

I have a 4515 that seems to go through atleast 4 warm up cycles before it will print anything. I thought that it was the formatter board, but I have replaced it and the symptom remains. Can't find anything in the manual, or HP help.
Has anyone seen this before?

LOL:p. Just did about a 3 hour search in the internet and found that the problem is the fuser. Swapped out the fuser and it works fine now.
