My all-in-one start printing only in blue and very poorly. I followed the HP trouble shooting and got new print cartriges. The sight told me to contact HP. HP said that I have a software conflict with my internet service but my printer is out of warrenty :confused: ...

If you copy or scan a page does it print all blue? Or is it ok?
How about printing from Word, notepad or anything without the browser running.
Did you clean the foils on the back of the cartridge sockets?
Did the HP tech have an Indian or Pakistani accent?

You may need to clean the head contacts on the carriage unit aswell as the foil contacts. Make sure to unplug the power first. HP's advice sounds like nonsense.

You may need to replace the print heads. They're about the same price as the ink cartridges. :( I was having the same issue and replaced all three print heads. It prints like a champ after the new heads and ink cartridges were put in...now if I could only get it to fax.
