The error code list doesn't have this code on it. I am getting this code on an office printer. Can someone please help!

2. Remove all toner cartridges and reseat and check for obstruction.

3. Replace the brake release.

4. Replace carousel drive motor.

5. Replace the rotary drive ***'y
