I have an ongoing issue with all of my HP P3015n printers. The registration roller assembly is causing printer jams and/or marking on the back side of the paper. I've mentioned this topic in a previous post when trying to determine what the cause was. IMO the assembly is not built correctly. There is a small plastic washer with a groove in it that fits against another piece on the shaft of the assembly. This plastic piece seems to loosen off the shaft and causes intermittent jamming.
Anyone else seeing this? Is there a more robust replacement part available? Thoughts?
See item '1' in the attached image. That's the culprit.
