Hi,
I have a Laserjet 4M that is experiencing an accordion-type paper jam. I know that the most common cause of this problem is a faulty output assembly. However, when I open the rear door on the printer to clear the jam, the portion of the paper that is folded accordion-style is stuck in the fuser. Does this imply that I need to replace the fuser instead, or is it still a symptom of a bad output assembly?
Thanks for any advice you can provide!
