Good Morning,
I just found this site today so I'm not sure of the procedures here but I'll ask away anyhow.

Our printer is saying "Perform Printer Maintenance" and we don't have a manual so I'm not sure what to do.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance and have a great day,
Teri

There's an internal counter in the printer that trips when you get to 200,000 pages, it can be reset. It's just a reminder that you have enough pages on the printer that the fuser, feed rollers, etc. are probably worn out and a maintenance kit should be installed. Often printers are serviced far sooner than the maintenance interval because parts wear out before it's reached, but the person doing the install forgets to reset the maintenance interval.
