Hi Guys
OKI MC 860
Have a 'User' who has Enabled User Control and forgotten the password ... but they are 300 miles away and without standing in front of the machine I can't remember how to get in and turn it off....
Does any have an 'Idiots Guide' on How to disable it,.. that I can send to them.
