If you are using a universal print driver, common with Windows 7, then you have to go into the printer properties and tell the driver in your computer that this printer does NOT have a hard drive installed. This is a gotcha with that universal driver. A page with little detail can be printed OK but a busy page or a big job or multiple pages will fail because the driver is looking for a hard drive and cannot find one. They added this feature so larger printers that always have a hard drive will work with this universal driver concept.

If you are not using the universal print driver try reaseating the memory DIMM on the formatter.

Also you should try --> delete any items from the print queue, reboot computer, try reinstalling the print driver.
