HP Laserjet 5200tn - getting error 13.01.00 when printing cardstock from any tray

user had a paperjam and pulled paper out - ever since then cannot get a cardstock paper to print either from tray 1, tray 2 or tray 3
keep getting error: 13.01.00 but all other stock paper will print fine.
tried cleaning - any ideas?

Some questions: how many pages on this printer? Normally only Tray 1 is used for card stock, have you tried another feed roller? Have you tried the settings in the paper menu?
We had a similar problem and changed the paper settings to accomodate card stock and that fixed it. Has the source for the card stock changed? It may be slicker than the
previouse media. Is this machine due for a roller kit? Please let us know what you find.
