59.30 error

hp site said to call a hp tech. I was wondering if any one could help me with this error code. Its a hp laserjet 4600n printer with error code 59.30.

HP Color Laser Jet4600 errpr 59.30 means the fuser motor did not start. I have not seen this one. It could be a paper jam, motor failure (not likely but possible), the board that drives the motor,
even a fuser with totally worn out bearings. What is the page count? You should be able to Google a free download for the service manual, it is 362 pages. Please let us know what
you find.

I believe it could also mean that someone put a 4650 fuser into a 4600. If the error is not the result of a technician working on it, I believe it is either the fuser motor or the set of drive gears that drive the fuser. I've had to replace those once or twice, but the printer had close to half a million pages on it before they wore out.
