Hello
I have a user that has a Hewlett Packard Laser Jet 4000TN Printer Periodically, when doing a print job, the printer will print blank pages and will continue to do so until it is noticed and the job is cancelled.
it seems like if the document is larger than six or seven pages, the blank pages will start printing in the middle of the document.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Transfer roller could be bad. With no transfer roller voltage the toner will never get to the paper from the drum.
High voltage power supply contacts may be dirty. Bad engine control board.
When it starts printing blanks, open the top cover, remove the toner and look at the toner drum.
If you see the text on the drum the laser shutter is working. If the drum is clean then the laser shutter may be defective.

Run the same print jobs from the manual feed tray and see if the problem still happens. If not, the tray two pickup solenoid is probably sticking in the open position. It would be helpful to know what errors are in the event log. Probably a bunch of 41.05 errors?

I believe that is correct.
