Printer suggestions

Hi,

I am looking for a printer that will print 4-ply paper. However I will be printing barcodes that will need to be scan-able (epos system) on all 4 pices of paper.

Can anyone suggest a printer that can printer that will do the job??

Unless you are going to print four pages on a laser printer then staple them together you will not be able to use a laser printer. That means you will have to use a dot matrix printer. They are still around, lots of businesses use them, but I do not know if they can print a barcode on carbonless paper that will be readable by your scanner. Go to the companies that make carbonless multi-copy pin-fed paper and see what they say. Another option would be to use a preprinted barcode sequence on the form then join it to the invoice number in the data base.
