Printertechs,
On a new HP P3015 printer I have a recurrent print defect on the backside of the printed page. I can see the part that is causing the defect. It's a roller assembly that is below the toner cartridge. Every time a page is printed you hear a bump and will see 2 smudges on the backside of the paper. It doesn't happen every time though. Perhaps the part is slightly warped. Thoughts on a fix?
Thanks,
Bill V
