dell 3110cn problem

hi guys sorry i havnt introduced myself properly before jumping into a thread but im sort of stuck and need it rectifying asap.
all of a sudden my dell 3110cn has started printing blue dots down the middle of every page that has colour on.
i have stripped and cleaned all the cartridges and tried to get in touch with dell help but that was a dead end...
any ideas???
