Hi
I own an Epson Stylus Photo RX560 which I mainly use to print to CD/DVD.
I haven't used this facility for a while but when I tried using it a minute ago, the DVD picture almost looked like a negative with hardly any colour and just the outlines. Some colours were fine but it was almost like some colours were missing like black.
I have tried changing the cartridges and have done head cleaning but still the same.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem please. I seem to remember it happening before but I fixed it somehow.
