HP 8100 error code 65.11.00 or .01

We are dealing with a jams in the 2000 sheet paper tray but I can't find specifics on this particular error code anywhere. Can anyone help? Suspect feeder roller or perhaps a sensor? thanks

All the information that I can find about Error 65 is that it is a Formatter board error, so how you can only have paper jams while getting this error is a puzzle to me.
As far as the jams are concerned, I would replace the rollers first.

"This problem is usually related to the paper size in the 2 x500 sheet input tray.this can be caused by software configuration. Check trays 4 &5 and make sure the paper loaded matches the size specified in The software configuration.Other possible causes may be main board for trays 4&5."
