installed new oem fuser in this box, customer now calls and says he is fuser error when the machine comes out of sleep mode. any suggestions would be helpful.

I would do a warranty swap on the new OEM fuser-- unfortunately this is a known issue on this model, where some recent batches of the new OEM fusers do not function correctly out of sleep mode. Also we have seen some fuser errors triggered when customers print envelopes ... it's unavoidable, so the only real solution is to try another fuser.

You might want to ask the vendor to test this before shipping a replacement, because chances are you'll get another one with the same problem.
