Having replaced one of these Swing Plate assembly's last week, I was made aware of a problem with the swing plate obviously not swinging enough so that it stuck in it's upper position, moves there if the front door of printer is opened. This had the effect of all prints following this getting as far as the fuser and stopping. If you remove the fuser and observe the fuser drive gear on the Swing Plate Assy it goes up and down with the opening and closing of front door. In it's low position it drives the fuser gear. Managed to sort this without a removal of the swing plate (!) by opening a slight gap between large washer, well very large washer to the right of fuser drive gear in swing plate and the metal frame of the swing plate just to it's right. Now when the door is open gear is in upper position, closing the door will let the gear fall to it's lower position. In this position, fuser gear will contact it.
