Paper jam from tray 2, aftrer 10 or 20 sheets. Replaced pickup roller and torque converter in papertray, plus the 4 "D" shape rollers underside of main unit , still gets paper jam (error 13.2) OK from multi-purpose tray.
All helpfull sugestions appreciated.

Maybe a problem with the paper sensor (PS102)
Sometimes it's the Paper feed assembly (RG5-5086)

Were the feed rollers you installed OEM or 3rd party? I've had problems with 3rd party rollers in the past and now specify OEM only when ordering.

As long as you have the front end of the unit off, when replacing the feed assy., change the registration assy. A MUST!
