Driver help!

Guys, at my work we have an oki c9600 and c9650. We need a driver that can be downloaded & installed (for free) so that users can only print black and white. I know there are settings within the current printer driver but users are able to change these when printing.
I’ve searched online but can't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

a simple solution may work but I'm not sure. Install printer as administrator, customize settings in printer driver and let all others persons to be in "Users" group.
