Hello,
I have a software that prints forms that are 4.25" in height, on a continuous form, and I use a Epson FX-880 matrix printer. The printer is installed on a computer that runs Windows XP as a shared printer on a network and I usually send the print jobs from a computer on the network that runs Windows 98. When sending the print jobs from the Win98 computer, the printer does break the pages at the right height of 4.25". However, when sending the print jobs from the computer running WinXP, the printer breaks the pages at 11" in height. I have re-installed drivers and still I get the same results.
Any idea why the WinXP computer is not breaking the pages as it should and what could I try to fix this? Thanks!
