Hi Everyone,
Well the bane of my existance has once again reared its ugly head. The 9500 at the office is jamming. I have to keep pulling 6 or 7 fan folded pages out from behind the left side middle cover mounting bracket (the piece in the picture with the two round plastic covers)that is between the left lower and left upper doors. I am also getting a grinding clunking noise coming from the left lower door area. The boss swapped out the fuser and the issue occurs with them both.
I am not sure where to go with it now. I have torn the left side down and cleaned all the rollers and it was good for about two weekes and now it is back to jamming all the time. I am thinking maybe it is the vertical feed unit but at this point, it feels like a guess to me.
Any information, advice or input will be greatly appreciated. Also, I am having trouble locating a service manual for this thing. Does anyone have a link where I can download it?
Thank you all again for the time. Have a great day and stay cool!
Respectfully,
George D.
