My 4050 is jamming while printing. I get the 13.5 paper jam error code. I have replaced the fuser and rollers. I was experimenting and removed the transfer roller and it feeds the paper fine. It looks like the plastic piece that the roller goes into on the right side is opening to much and the roller is going down to far to spin. Any suggestions?
