My HP PSC 1610v is displaying an error:0x8415c4771: Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I've replaced both cartridges and when I try to do a page alignment the error pops up and I can go no further.:confused:.Also, I've cleaned inside the printer where it looked like the color cartridge was leaking...
