Best printer available

Any suggestions on the kind printers which have high output/ month?

I want a printer for my office. Read reviews of few printers on realviewz.com. I am still unsure on which of them would provide the best value for money. Could any of you suggest a few?

How many pages a month are you going to print?, color?, how much do you want to spend?, How much physical space did you leave for the printer?, etc, etc.
