HP OfficeJet Pro L7500

Working on a HP OF L7500,when running "Menu" reports, the
images,prints look fine. However, when a print is sent from the
PC to the printer, there are "voids" across the page about every
1.5 inches. Any ideas on what may cause this, By the way, if I
run copies through it, there are no voids.

Two guesses: if this is networked and it fails from only one computer that computer's drivers may be corrupt. If it is hooked directly through a USB connection then you may have driver issues or a bad formatter.
