1220C missing red

My HP 1220C printer will not print red - it comes out yellow. The test page which automatically is printed when a new cartridge is fitted comes out fine with magenta, yellow and blue stripes. This is the third / fourth cartridge where I have experienced this problem. Cleaning the jets via the automatic system does not work. Any help, please?

might have a blocked head, try bringing it to your service center
