help epson tx121 cartridge cannot recognized

i have two epson stylus tx121, the problem is would not recognized a new genuine cartidge..pls help me resolve my problem..i already spend 3 new set of cartidge but still it doesn't work...tnx in advance

try cleaning the contacts in the printer. if still doesnt work, bring the printer to the service center
