Hi Everyone,

I have an issue with the 9500 here in the office. It is giving a constant 66.12.33 Output device failure error. I have pulled the finisher, reseated all the connections and powered the machine back up. Still has the error. I checked the finisher for jams and checked out the flags and everything is good. I have taken off the finisher so they can at least use the machine but I am not sure how to troubleshoot this finisher.

Do these componenets fail? Am I going down the wrong path thinking the finisher is bad? Is there something else I should be checking out? Thanks everyone for the help. Have a great day!

Do a Mechanical Test and activate the Delivery Motor(M6)
Might be a bad DC Controller

I will check that out as soon as I get back to the office. Any chance you might be able to assist me with that? I do not know how to do it (and I don't think I have ever heard of it! :) ). Thanks for the time!

Sorry, there is a typo in the manual. M6 is a "C Developing" motor.
Press Check Mark or Menu to open menus
Use up or down arrows to get to DIAGNOSTICS, press check mark
Use up or down arrows to get to COMPONENT TEST, press check mark
Use up or down arrows to get to DEVELOPER MOTORS
