laser jet web question

HI, All these 4345's have a website and through that website I can set up a scan to folder. I get to the website by entering the IP address in the address bar on my browser... 23.85.158.xxx when I do this I will get a website that has this:

http://23.85.158.xxx/hp/device/this.LCDispatcher this web site on the left hand side will have a link for setting up the scan to folder but sometimes I can't get this website and I get what I would call a generic HP website. Also when you get this website in the address bar it will only say http://23.85.158.xxx and that is it. It will be missing the hp/device/this.LCDispatcher I know what this means is that it can not reach the correct webpage. If I try and force it by typing in the part that is missing I usually just get “Can’t find webpage” You can always tell the difference as the correct website is sort of blue and yellow but the generic website is mostly green and the generic website has no link for scan to folder just the basic TCP/IP stuff.

Can anyone tell me what causes the printer to default to the generic website and what can I do to bring the correct website back up?

Could it be that you have another device in your network with the same IP address?
Switch off the 4345 and Ping the IP address, if you get a reply there is another device using the same IP address.

I meant to get back to you, problem solved, yes I had duplicate IP address.
